When does Kinections25 take place? 

The conference commences on Wednesday, November 5th with a welcome reception and concludes on Friday, November 7th following our customer appreciation celebration.

Are preferential early registration rates available?

Yes, we are pleased to offer tiered pricing:

• Premium Early Access (through April 30th): $1,150 per attendee
  • Save $450 from standard registration
• Advanced Registration (May 1st – August 15th): $1,450 per attendee
  • Save $150 from standard registration
• Standard Registration (August 16th – Conference): $1,600 per attendee

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration includes:

• Full conference access to all sessions and presentations
• Admission to the exclusive welcome reception on Wednesday, November 5th
• Gourmet breakfast and lunch service on Thursday, November 6th
• Gourmet breakfast and lunch service on Friday, November 7th
• Access to our signature customer appreciation celebration on Friday evening, November 7th

What is the cancellation policy for Kinections25? 

Cancellations submitted 60 days prior to the conference start date (before September 5th, 2025) qualify for a full refund. Cancellations after this date will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Where will Kinections25 and related events take place? 

All conference activities will be hosted at the brand-new Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. Information regarding alternative hotel options will be provided closer to the event date. 

How do I secure accommodations at the preferential Kinections25 rate? 

To access our exclusive room block rate, please complete your reservation before October 5th, 2025 through our dedicated booking portal. After October 5, the room block rate will no longer be available and standard “in-season” rates will apply. 

Can I extend my stay beyond the conference dates? 

Absolutely. Our special rates are available from Sunday, November 2nd through Monday, November 10th, allowing you to enhance your experience in Scottsdale. 

Which airport serves the conference location? 

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the recommended arrival point, located approximately 25 minutes from the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. 

Is parking available at the venue?

Will content be available for those unable to attend in person? 

We will professionally record sessions and make them available to registered attendees following the conference.
